3 minutes from junction 19 of the M62 From motorway; take exit toward Heywood (Middleton Road), at end of Middleton Road turn right onto Manchester road and turn immediate right onto Green Lane. On Green Lane is a large red mill called Phoenix Brewery. Turn right after this mill onto Phoenix Close. On the park istelf our studio is located on the estate marked 1-30 which is the second left on Phoenix Close behind a set of large green gates.
